I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the services of IO.GT (hereinafter "the Platform"), the client accepts these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If the client does not accept these terms, they must not use the service.

II. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this agreement, the following definitions apply:

Individual Client: An independent natural person who contracts the services.
Corporate Client: A legal entity, company, or institution that contracts the services.
Provider: A3 Cloud Technologies / IO.GT, the cloud services provider.
Platform: The systems, applications, and services offered by IO.GT.

III. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The platform offers the following services depending on the contracted plan:

PBX Cloud with support for IP extensions, softphones, and webphones.
The individual plan supports up to 10 extensions; the corporate plan up to 50 extensions.
National and international calls according to the contracted plan.
Call recording, IVR, and detailed reports.
VPS, web hosting, and CRM depending on the selected plan.

IV. CONTRACTING REQUIREMENTS

Individual Clients

Valid identification document (national ID or passport).
Tax Identification Number (NIT).
Proof-of-life video per specifications provided.

Corporate Clients

Business license or articles of incorporation.
Company Tax Identification Number (NIT or equivalent).
Identification document of the legal representative.
Proof-of-life video of the legal representative.

V. PRIVACY POLICY

IO.GT collects and processes personal data for service delivery. Data is handled with strict security measures:

Data encryption at rest and in transit using AES-256 standard.
Two-factor authentication available for all accounts.
Call records are retained for the period established in the contract.
Personal data is not shared with third parties without express consent, except as required by law.
The client has the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their data.

VI. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITIONS

The client commits to using the services lawfully. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or mass communications without consent.
Using the service for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Distributing illegal, harmful, or third-party rights-infringing content.
Using unauthorized contact lists.
Unauthorized access attempts to IO.GT or third-party systems.
Reselling services without written authorization from IO.GT.

VII. SANCTIONS AND SERVICE TERMINATION

Breach of these terms may result in:

First infraction: Formal written notice with a 48-hour correction period.
Second infraction: Temporary service suspension without proportional refund.
Serious infraction or repeat offense: Definitive contract termination with obligation to pay the full contract amount.

IO.GT reserves the right to immediately suspend service for activities that pose a risk to infrastructure or other clients.

VIII. MODIFICATIONS

IO.GT may modify these terms at any time, with 30 days' prior notice by email to the client. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
