Do I need special hardware?
No. The system works from any internet-connected device. You can use IP phones, computers (softphone), tablets, or the mobile app. No on-site equipment required.
How many simultaneous calls can I make?
Each plan includes a minimum number of simultaneous channels (concurrent calls). You can expand the number of channels at any time by contacting us.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. We can port your existing numbers (DID porting) to our system or activate new local, national, or international numbers.
Does it work outside Guatemala?
Absolutely. Our system operates in the cloud, so you can make and receive calls from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.
